My friend's cat need a new home

My friend got a cat from a friend a year ago and since then she's been struggling with her allergies, which are getting worse each day.
She loves animals, and for her is really difficult to get rid off her cat which she is not young and needs attention, love and care.
If you, or you know someone, who might be willing to take care of this cat, please let me know.
