Puppy on the loose

I found an adorable dirty puppy frantically running around beside the road near Ramada near to the Hamad Psychiatric centre. Really doubt if it is still alive by the way it was running among the cars. See the pic.

When did you see this puppy? This looks like the photo was taken at night. Did you try and pick up the dog? Did you contact any of the animal rescue groups?
