Are you sure it's not just because she's hot???? Cats pant like a dog if they are hot and the tongue will stick out.

when a cat yawns or opens its mouth, sometimes the tonge with stick out.

cats dont have complete control so sometimes there tonge sticks out without them realising.

all you need to do is touch there tonge and they will usually put it back in.
