about living in doha

hello everybody
i got a job with a three year contract in a governmental filed (in Doha) and the told me that they will give me 8000 QAR/ month, an equipped house close to my job location and the health care for free for me and my family member (my wife and two children (3 and one year old)), please i wanna know if it's a good opportunity

that would not be enough knowing that qatar living expenses is quit expensive compared to some arab countres.... if you plan to send your kids with that salary i think it's not enough unless your wife would go get job too.

govt job, your healthcare will be restricted to hamad hospital only. you are not given health insurance.

whats your postion? depending upon the position, you will get your accomodation.

you need to check about reimbursement of school fees for upto 3 children.

what other allowances are you getting?
