In Dubai u can go to Ibn Batota mall it is very nice place,also Jumaira and international village,

Abu Dhabi try Marina mall, Havana coffe shop (very nice place to take SHiSha)and the best ever to see is Emirates Palace (http://www.emiratespalace.com/)
