add classifieds ad problem

i want to post something and then first i click "+ add classified ad" and then i will choose category it will direct me in "Rules for Advertising in the Classifieds"..with red highlight "This service is only available for people accessing the site from Qatar" plss help
hey guys ihave found soultion for my self.
all you need to do just use qtel card
iwas facing same problam when iwas useing voda phone card but when ihave chang with qtel card its work.yahoooo!

try type google qatar and then search for QL and add
it depeneds in which search engine u use by the way
works for me... are u using any proxy or HotSpot Shield?
If yes then disable it.
Then go to whatismyip.com and check if your IP shows to be from another country.
same problem ..even cannt edit the posting or referesh it ? hope admin is working on it..

Yeah me too, it has been happening since last few days but earlier when I re-logged in I could post but today I am also getting the same message as you, which shows re-post can't be done within 24 hours but I am seeing same posts repeated within minutes
