ADSL Line problem

Hey did anybody experience ADSL disconnection for about 10 to 15 minutes now?

i called qtel and ive waited for 10 to 15 minutes for their response--

after 15 minutes my connection was back and at the same time a guy from qtel 111 answered

my call----weird huh...

they told me yeah they have problem------as always---

i had the same problem yesterday night starting 19:00 till 22:30

but i did not call any one

automatically the srvce was back

i thing that they are arranging some updates area by area
