Again - Profanities for pointing out mistake

Sorry fellas! but this is the only channel one can vent out so you have to listen to this. One fine evening, I parked my car at the small Giant store at Al Nassar street corner in Mirqab.

After finishing my groceries, I move my car only to find that along with one line of cars parked in the middle, there is another car parked blocking the way to go out of the parking. This is a small car with a CHILD sitting in it alone.

Meanwhile there are cars queing behind me to go out since I am the first one. So I honk once to bring His Royal Majesty who have parked that car with a child alone inside outside the store to move his car. After my honk atleast 2 each from the 3 cars behind were blown.

There come his royal majesty and came and asked me " Dont you see there is a child in the car?" I said I can see but he cannot move the car which you have parked in a wrong way to block the way to go out for any one". I guess his majesty did not appreciated my words and granted me with a "$(*& - off" and I dont care".

I could only say please stop swearing in front of your child but he kept repeating and spat towards me. Without any bias and prejudice, he was an expat arab.

I wonder what did I do to deserve such treatment in front of my children? any comments inputs?

If that person is on QL, we will soon see a thread asking why do people drive rashly and blow horns at little kids.

just call the police and tell them there is a car blocking the way: the fine is 1500 QR i3aqat mourour. plus 300 QR for wrong parking, plus carelessness of leaving a child in a car. never take matters in ur own hands. it's not ur job.

Should have kicked him in the balls and then called the police. He would have his ass kicked hard.

Arrogant people think that they are always right, they think that they know the best answers to all life problems and they think that they are better than most of the ordinary people. People of some kind do use arrogance/gobs of money as a shield to cover up their emptiness in them sadly we are not here to teach this grown up kids.

My best answer to you is 'ignore'... simply ignore them, you will feel better trust me.

They do that in my small Canadian town as well. But there's a difference between a rural country road and Giant store on Al Nassar. For one thing, there are actually other cars.

Hm, Pilgram. In Kentucky they do that too.

How old was the child? Everyone knows every Arab child over the age of 2 can drive a car. You should have asked the child to move it.

someone mistakenly mentioned the other day about this being a "civilized society"...BIG mistake...as far from civilized as one could possibly get with the APPEARANCE of a "highly civilized" society...the sooner you see through the facade, the easier it becomes to deal with all this mate! good luck!...

Refer to Ibn Khaldoun. He describes the ethnic Arab as "savage by nature."
