Airlines - Running short of attendants

Richard Branson has lost his latest job because of orange juice.
The Virgin Group founder had his legs shaved, put on lipstick and squeezed into a red skirt as a flight attendant Sunday on an AirAsia trip from Perth, Australia, to Malaysia.
But he earned a reprimand from AirAsia chief Tony Fernandes after he deliberately dumped a tray of orange juice on Fernandes' lap.
Fernandes gleefully declared after Sunday's nearly six-hour flight on his budget airline that Branson's skills as an attendant were "rubbish" and that he was being immediately fired.
"I always wanted to be an air hostess, Branson said.

Dont they look lovely and happy too. If only more of our attendants had the same attitude then flying would be a wonderful experience. Any chances of the same happening out here in this parts
The owner of the team which finished lower would don a dress and served as a flight attendant on the other's airline.
Branson owns Virgin whilst Fernandes owns AirAsia.
After the six-hour flight, Mr Fernandes gleefully declared that Sir Richard’s skills as an attendant were “rubbish”, and that he was being fired immediately.
Does anybody know what was the bet on that he lost?
well atleast this guy has shown that dressed up cute replacements are readily available when the female attendants go on strike or miss work so that the flights are not held up for lack of attendants or stewardesses

Can't open gulf news but it is in today’s GT (pg 16) too which says, His (Branson’s) star turn on the flight from Australia’s Perth to the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur came after he lost a Grand Prix bet with the Malaysian budget carrier’s founder. Virgin boss Branson agreed with AirAsia chief executive Tony Fernandes in 2010 that whoever’s Formula One team — then Virgin and Lotus — finished their debut season lower would serve as a stewardess on the other’s airline.
I saw his pix on my cicle wall but never care to check detail.This is madness.
I was like why is this man wearing a red dress and lipstick.Atleast there should be a dignity as a man with a draw not skirt.Lol ! ! !
