Dear Brother and sisters of QL ,
Anybody out there to help me plzzzzzzz ? Plz anyone of you can assist me how to make police complaint against a guy who betrayed and cheated me with money, I am working in private concern (QA), a paki colleague who is working with me in the same department has cheated me by money, He borrowed my credit card and withdrawn approx 15000 riyals and promised me to settle within 3 days as he said me that his father had great problem in business, I helped him with my credit card (Doha Bank) to withdrawn required money and informed him to settle the payment within 3 days. He went and withdrawn around 15000 riyals from ATM thru my credit card and almost one year has gone but he didn’t repay the credit amount till now though he has several business and influence here.

Few months ago, I heard from his surrounding that he is a big cheater and has a big network of gangs those are cheating many people on their money by selling them second hand car, and if anyone goes for the complaint against him the he starts threatening with his gang those are paki guys who are born and brought up in Qatar here and having influence of money and big position here. I request to all QL members here to help me out to get back my money by complaint to police abt this guy.
Everyday I am begging him for my money which I earned honestly and I have a lot of family commitments in India as it is big amount for me but he is cheating me and saying me to settle money next month but almost more than 1 year has gone but seems nothing happened. Appreciate if anyone could me in this regards and suggest me either by mobile or email..

Contact Number .. 6583189 or email [email protected]
Thanks..

See ,if u go to police , he will denied and since nothing on writing and there no wednesses then there nothing to prove that he took from u anything , if he is a Muslim, by help of police ask him to swear at Quran that he did not take your money and if he did, Leave him to God , God will punish him .

Legally the paki can't be touched since there are no official letters. However, if you're saying HE withdrew the money himself from the ATM, you can go say he stole your card's PIN and took the money without your approval (a bit far-fetched I know, but if this guy's a bastard, this is a last resort). ATM machines have cameras and they can prove he did it. good luck with that and in the future don't trust people with this much money, you never know what might happen.

I am so confused now how to get money back from him as he is a big liar and may tell lie to police anything that to prove him innocent if i do complaint against him.

God sees everyting and time will teach him a good lesson very soon. cheaters will be cheated oneday.

The problem if you go to the police he will deny and even by force from the police he will not say the truth.

I know a Nepali who ask to have money for his mother operation, and fortunately I spoke with my friend and told me do not give him, I said why?

He said I lent him 4000 QR and he did not return it back with three days, he returned it after one month.

This is what I remember.

Again never trust these Nepali or Bangali people.

Also, it will be suspecious why you report to the police after more than one year in case you want to say that your credit card was stolen.

I think, you better solve it by yourself with the help of your friends. maybe you can steal the stereo in his car or his house, or I can get you a gang who can kidnap him for you, but you have to pay for it :)

I have doubts on that the situation can be solved through the Police/CID because as you are telling, you did not get any paper from him or cheque or whatever.

We have a saying that means " Law does not protect fools". Sorry, I don't mean you in person. What I mean is the police might tell you, okey and why did you lend him?. Let's say that it is true and we even have a prove that he purchased things for himself through your credit card, but it is you who wanted to help him, and so you better solve it personally with him. It is your friend, so its your problem together. Maybe your friend will claim that you agreed with a very kind heart to help him and you have not mentioned that he must return it back...Maybe he will say, it was a gift from you to him for a favor he has made for you, or that he sold you something and you told him that you can not pay him cash and he can use your credit card to purchase something equivalent in value with what he sold you...many things he can tell...

and one significant proof is thru ATM Camera, they always have this recorded and what time does this individual have initiated the withdrawals, ask your bank and they will help you.
