try the number 4440499.

dr. jameel.

they dont take appointments.

consultation is about 50qrs.

exact location: opposite homecentre. located near jaidah flyover.

you cant get lost.

regarding the water, yup my dear, its gotto be 2L.once you get into the habit of drinkign water, then your body will start craving for it.try having more than half a litre of water upon waking. it does wonders to the system, if your system is out of whack.just one mini bottle of water.

avoid heaty foods, like meats, mangoes, papaya, have cooling fruits and vegs.

happy heart

hi e46, hope you are well and happy.

karin, you can also try out al rafa polyclinic opposite home centre near jaidah flyover. there is an indian doctor there: Dr. Jameel.i have been to him myself and found him to be good.

At Rumailah, you need to have a referral , they dont have evening clinics either, and they may take their own sweet while before giving you and appointment.

in the mean time, keep your skin dry, avoid overly moisturing creams, they invite more acne problems, drink loads of water, atleast 2litres, it helps.ther eis a sopa called acneaid (i think) thats usually recommended for acne skins, it tends to keep to skin dry. available over the counter at the pharmacies.

happy heart

Dr. Charani across from the new hospital. The spelling may be wrong I don't have her card. Several people I know have gone to her and are very happy.
