Yes, same here. This was due to bad weather in NY. Never happened before (I have been an Aramex customer for 4 years)

PS: I have observed a decline in quality of staff / service at their office, and also increase in prices during this period. Too many customers, no competition. Monopoly.

maybe its just by coincidence that all my shipment since Dec was always cancelled.

but there was one time that due to shipment delayed due to flight cancellation my box arrived here wrecked/damaged and with one missing item :(...but they refunded to me the missing item, in QAR.

My documents were delivered two days earlier than scheduled! Good service.

very pathetic service

I haven't had too many problems, previously. Although, I am waiting on a delivery which reached my ship and shop mailbox on 16th. Should be delivered today or tomorrow I figure.

I encountered one time end of last year due to offload-flight cancelled and one time this week due to no scheduled flight (the item remain in NY for 3 days). I've been told by their operator in Salwa Road branch as well as on line chat (by Rami) that they don't have any flight for that week.

If you order with Amazon the shipment normally faster than other on line purchase.

In the last 3 years since I open the account with them so far no major porblem.

it has always been right on time.

it happens to my ed hardey shoes when I ordered online... it took 1 month before i received it.

but for the other online orders... I recvd it for 7-8 days.
