Are you happy with your job?

I have come across workers that have complained about their jobs. They accepted the job in their home country agreeing to the terms and conditions of a contract. Once they have arrived in Qatar they had been pressured to sign a different contract than originally agreed. Some even are performing different jobs than what they came for. Does your job here in Qatar meet your expectations or what was promise to you?

The only option is to leave Qatar. The sponsorship system doesn't allow you to freely choose your job! (Just in case you didn't know, surinder)

You work. I work. We work. It consumes most of the time in our daily life.

There is no such thing as a pefect company. happiness and contentment in workplace is a two way process. Both must benefit from each other.
