ASK : Looking for investor in Indonesia

My brother has construction company and currently working on building a new sea port in Java, Indonesia with estimated value of project around QR50milion.

His company is in deep financial problem since one of the main investor, Bakrie Group is left the consortium.

Can anyone suggest me companies that are looking/specialized for overseas construction investment.
