This is a primitive way of doing it- in Europe they use Electronic Scanners on the ATM that scans all Cards and they use a Camera to film the persons when code is entered. Afterwards they make new ATM and Credit Cards based on the Scans. These cards are then sold around the world and might be used a month, 1/2year, a year later.. So beware if something doesn't feel right with the ATM -it might be tampered with
Best to use in bank machines I guess...
