I just bought mine & I'm infatuated with it. If you search it's review on the net most are awe with it while some even refer to it as the ferrari of smart phones. Sadly nokia had a deal with microsoft as their main os provider so the meego os for n9 would be the last of it's kind unless Elop change his mind. Lumia 800 also use n9's design to sell because n9's design is exquisite though lumia 800 looks a down graded version of n9 they have different os. In the future if you're not too much into update & apps, I recommend n9. I'm not sure yet but if meego/tizen is successful meego os can use android apps but if not n9 would become a collectors item.

You are all hopelessly old-fashioned: I use telepathy to communicate with my friends. No phone, no Q-Tel, no fees, no problems.

Rony, the OS is new. dont know whether Nokia will come out with other products that use their OS. Better think of an iphone or any Android/Windows based high end smartphone.

Why dont you buy Galaxy II? Much much better and faster. Nokia is durable but there are lots of qualities in Galaxy which Nokia dont have
