Audi Service ?
By helloworld •
OK - I give up ... I wanted to get a regular (90,000km) service for my Audi - but the official Audi dealer doesn't answer the phone, transfers to a non-answering extension or gives the mobile of a service advisor who doesn't answer his mobile.
So; can anyone recommend a good place (garage/workshop) to get a regular Audi service?
Thanks!
I had sent my Audi Q5 with for General Servicing. There was no fault in the AC and when the car was returned the AC blower just would not function without even driving the car. How is that possible? I am very disappointed with Audi Service Qatar and feel cheated.
Call me and we will do your audi service including recovery service.

This morning at 7am I left the car at Gulf Automobiles and Trading in the industrial area. Let's see how long it takes to get it back.
I've now got a whole bunch of mobile numbers for the staff there, so whatever the 'quality' of the receptionist hopefully I'll always be able to find somebody to speak to?!
Its a VW group car so wh not try the VW dealer
Really sad to hear that the Official Audi Service Centre gives such bad service....
You would not want to give these car to be serviced by some random "mechanic" told to you on a website!!!
If a product needs servicing (eg car) then the quality of the servicing has to be as good as the quality of the (product) car.
Not to hijack this thread, but ...
Audi repair/maintenance costs are generally quite high, but - you only have to change brake pads every 90,000km, for example. So it really doesn't matter that they're 3x 'average' price. Overall, running costs are really low, and it is a pleasurable car to use. Luxury without opulence.
Anyway ... back to the thread: does anyone know a good Audi mechanic?!
Interesting. I have just sold my Subaru (good service response, low cost etc). I had just been to look at a nice Audi A4 but your comment concerns me. What are other's experiences?
