Auto Scarp Yards Need Upgradation

With many more cars and projects in the country, the Auto and construction scrape (waste material) is increasing day by day. However in absence of scrape disposal or recycling plant, the industrial area is unable to take on more and more of such junk. In addition, the scrape yards that are only a few dozen do not have enough space and a proper system to organize/dispose off their items on modern lines. If this continues, the country would soon reach to the example of Singapore where they do not have more empty space (Singapore is small and is having similar land mass to Qatar) to dispose off even the kitchen waste, and therefore they are forced to charge fee on the households forcing them to create lesser amount of waste. With unbearable messy and smelly conditions in all the auto scrape yards, hardly any protection and support is available to the customers who often have to pay more than even the new spare part. On top of it, these yards display the worst image by the impolite conversation and dealing that their salesmen do. Time has now come that a large scrape recycling plant is put up with the futuristic approach before it is too late, and the existing scrape yards are regulated/upgraded on modern lines thereby falling in line with the country exemplary progress in every segment.

Good thought... and a good future business.. But to start such plan they need to use the empty land with minimal rentals. If you see the map of Qatar only 50% of the land is occupied.
