HI last FEW DAYS back i visit Al AHLI HOSPITAL to some sickness problem first i visit general physician that time i produce the my AXA insurance card that time she asked in reception 25 riyals then she sent me to visit general physician doctor but doctor check my problem then this doctor refer to specialist again that time the reception she asked 25 riyals again i paid 25 riyals,after that i see the specialist doctor after doctor checkup me this doctor refer to surgery dept again this surgery dept reception asked 25 riyals then i become very angery with this lady why always asking 25 riyals she told me this is the ruls of AXA INSURANCE company if u changed the doctor u have to pay 25 riyals every time.then i fedup then again i pay 25 riyals after that i doctor checkup me after thet doctor told me we will send the request for AXA APPROVAL after that we will do ur tretment.after next day i got the sms ur approval is rejected from AXA INSURANCE.iam realy fedup this AXA INSURANCE.sorry for my english is not good.

my axa covers everything except for the 25 riyals fee for every doctor consultation.

U r really lucky as u have to pay only QR 25. I have also AXA with QR 50 service. The point is that all the tests and medicines are not covered by AXA, we definitely need to pay more often.

Ahmed, the fault is not entirely with AXA. Insurance coverage is dependent on the policy your Company has taken with AXA - sometimes there are exclusions. Check with your HR on the medical policy coverage. AXA are one of the best in the market - thats what i've heard from the market.

dont go to al ahli hospital. they will just suck your insurance card and charge you 25 riyals for every doctor you see. Better go to al emadi hospital or doha clinic.

Ahmed,your English is 'MUCH' better than anybody from UK.

In UK no body knows how to write their mother tonge in a correct way, situation is very bad at school level.

It is spoiled due to mobile / sms culture.
