Babysitting

Can anyone tell me how, or where I can find a decent person for babysitting. I have a 4year old and there are a few other families on my compound looking for babsitters also.

None of my friends have daughters old enough to be up late. I am looking for a sixteen + girl who is responsible and wants to earn some cash. I live near Khalifa Stadium.

What is the going rate in Q for this?

i heard that some of the caregivers at the star lane fish kids nursery are ready to baby sit children after their work hours (after 2 pm), i hired one of them and she was nice, she took 25/hour plus transportation

i pay my baby sitter 20 QR an hour, he is the son of my friend and he is 18th. His mum will drop him to my house and i take him back after we come back from going out.
