AL ASMAKH REAL ESTATE IS THE BEST & NO.1 real estate company in QATAR, now there is no such real estate companies in Doha,Qatar to give an excellent service their tenants. The facilities in all Beverly Hills & Regency Residence properties are amazing. I'm 100% satisfied with this company.

Yeah, there's a reception desk on the right as you go in. They'll be happy to help. (It's like a hotel basically - reception, door men, maintenance, cleaners)

Hi Vasquez

Not sure what they are in square meters, but I'd definitely class them as large. Each bedroom is en-suite (bath + shower) and there is a 3rd bathroom off the living room (shower only). Both bedrooms both have large walk-in closet areas. Kitchen isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.

I don't have any photos to hand, other than those on the blog. Your best bet would be to come to BHT and ask them to show you round an apartment. They're always showing people round so it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for you comments guys - I did found the old threads on QL but since they are roughly 1 year old I thought the prices had changed.

So how big are the 2 bedroom apartments if we are talking square meters

tallq:

Can you mail me some pictures of the rooms, kitchens and so on - I read some of your blog a saw a few

How many bathrooms - and is it bathtub or showers or both

How big kitchen

Walk in closet?

Built in closets in general?

Ours is fully furnished and I'd say the finishings are of a high standard compared to what else I've seen in Doha, though that isn't saying much as it's very hard to get good finishes out here.

who live there. One pays QR14,000 for a one bedroom and the other pays QR16,000 for a two bedroom. Both these guys are French. The apartments are nice but the quality of the finishings is not great. You can't really beat it for convenience though and its a pretty good address in Doha.

Is it really 16k?

It's 15k for a 3 bedroom seperate villa in a compound area (see website above).

If it's 16k it must be have a very nice standard.

I was considering it myself just now :P (looking for a personal apartment)

If you'd used the search function you'd have found the following;

I've lived in BHT for ~9 months and it is very good in my opinion. Quality is as good as anywhere else I've seen in Qatar. Company pays rent, but I believe it's around QR16000/mth for a 2 bed. Mix of nationalities, though majority western.
