But I DO think a lot has to do with how and where any child, of any race, creed or colour or what have you, is brought up.

Despite phrases like 'you can take the child out of the Bronx, but you can't take the Bronx out of the child' etc. Give that child a good education and a good family home life and they will do better than if they were trying to survive in a slum with violence and poverty around them. USUALLY !

Wrong. I never once mentioned blacks. Never the color of ones skin or the color of a dog. But if it is proven that animals, which humans are also, display certain characteristics simply due to genetics, then why can't the same ring true with people? Does everyone have the same mental capacity and ability to learn?

I totally disagree with that .. If DNA shows something differences , it doesnot mean they are not clever . God created us in different colors (black , white , yellow and so on , Just to know each other and respect others . There are many contributing factors, but one would think that at a certain age you realize you need to improve your situation and stop committing crime.

If the government doesn't help they are racist. So now people can live off of the goverment's dime. Look at welfare; do you realize that now minorities are complaining that it fosters dependancy? There are many educational opportunities specifically for minorities. What is just given to the poor trailer trash white kid for being poor and white?

There are so many minority support groups that provide information, support, and present educational opportunities for the minorities. They just don't take it. They'd rather keep flossin', shinin', pimpin', droppin' it like it's hot, buyin' grills, spinning rims, spittin' out kids, slingin' rocks, and drawing welfare checks than have to work for something. According to a former professer of mine who went to school with these two at cambridge ( I think it was these two) they're biggest concern in life was to make a big scientific breakthrough so they could impress the girls at the local pub. So I'm not that surprised.

It is proven that different breeds of dogs are prone to have common behavioral and mental characteristics based only on their breed; why can't the same apply to humans? What are prison's full of minorities? Why after all these years are they making only little progress for advancement as a whole, even with so much given to them?

there are some pretty dumb black people out there (like Mike Vick) but there also some dumb white people out there (like Jessica Simpson). there are smart and stupid in every race.
