Blackstrap Mollasses

Any anyone help me if Blackstrap Mollasses is available in Doha, Qatar. This items is consumed for curing anemia, arthritic pain etc.. and it has also been reported that molasses turns gray hair back to its original color. Basically this item is widely used in USA and UK for curing the above. Please help me.
