you are rite that the world is full of violent and conflict from politic, economy and so on. But by choosing not to buy any diamond in the market, you actually help to ease the problem. Because market demand is costing this conflict. If no demand no production which mean no mining and no people got kill or force to do the mining job and mean no child been brain-washed to be a child soldier just like what movie the blood diamond described about. I am puting my opinion here and hoping some people do agree with me, next time when you want to buy a diamond do some research first before purchasing one. Ask for certified diamond free from conflict. Why don't we care that we have some choice not to contribute in this blood diamond conflict?

It's pretty sad what u put there, but in this world everything violent is not only from diamonds..but politics, economy condition, etc.

Remember what happening in 98 in jakarta? does it change anything? but just getting worst.

ooohhh is so brutal and violent, i was crying the whole time. the movie make me angry, sad, frustated basically because you cannot do any much to make it the problem gone away. But I think again, I can make the difference here by choosing not to buy any diamond in the market. I will be more smarter for what I buy next time.

Actually you don't need any diamond in this world, it doesn't make you be the better person by owning one or God see you above anyone else because you wear one. So if you don't have one now then is a good thing too. I just wish this movie or the link make people more aware of the conflict around the diamond fact.

I'm going to go watch it this week i heard it really is a touching movie and many talk about how people around the world who watched it didnt want to own diamonds anymore after seeing this movie.

I never owned and probably never will own diamonds so i'm able to ride this one guilt-free!! But i'll still watch the move so i can be annoying whenever i see someone wearing them.
