200 for tumimg belt replacement is a very good deal,what model car are you using?
Usually, for Japanese brand cars, the recommended kilometer for replacing a timing belt is 150,000 kms but for BMW it may be different. Suggest you check with the agents for this information.
As for replacing the timing belt, for most cars any good mechanic having the required tools such as a timing gun, can do it. He may charge around QR 200. I am not sure about BMW though. Check at some garages in the Industrial area if they have the facility available and their charges for the replacement.
