I stay in Mamoura too and the gas truck comes each day at around 11 am except on Fridays. The driver or his assistant make a loud rattling noise like clanking of chains or something like that and if you come out of your house at that time , you can see the truck.
I think what keziah means is when you drive from Maamoura complex towards C-Ring Road. You turn right just before the traffic lights at C-ring intersection.
it's in salatha jadeed. if you know the Subway near the petrol station, its' adjacent to that going. i think it's c-ring road. it's in the corner lot .
i dunno what the place is called but it's near Daihatsu showroom , near Ice cream parlor thing, there's this store. you can drive there and get a refill. or better yet, wait for truck that will pass by your place.

The closest to the best of my knowledge are:
1. Mansoura main street, near Carpet World or World Carpet (not sure about tha name),
2. Salwa road at the last roundabout that is accessible.
