These parrots, or similar looking one, are also common in the parks in West and South West London. We regularly used to see them around Ealing, Richmond, Twickenham way.
I've never seen them here though. Could be the escaped from somewhere.

if you live by the old airport road, close to the Ramez shopping center, there is a guy who owns the same parrots, including a huge cage in the roof.

Parrots around here you can see them mostly in the evening or early in the morning.
