Hi
Could someone please explain what the current process for transfering a vehicle title is. The loan has been paid off at the bank and we need to get the title from the first owner into our names. The registration document is being dealt with at the dept of transport.

Thanks for your fast reply .. the owner has a letter from the bank already .. we are waiting for the NOC from our sponser .. we asked a week ago but yet again he pays no attention to the urgency of the situation =(
So what do we and the current owner have to do with the letter from the bank in order to get the title into our names?

how are you? well in this case you first have to get the NOC (no objection certificate ) from ur bank saying that u have finished ur loan and u wanna transfer it to ur name..or u may speak to a customer care staff of ur bank and get more details from them....anyway have fun and best of luck...
