Can I get a Visa on arrival at Al Udeid?

I'm in Afghanistan, catching a Mil Air flight to Al Udeid, need to transfer to Doha Intl for a connection. Does anyone know if I can get a temp visa, or even a tourist visa upon arrival at Al Udeid? When I worked on Al Udeid, I often gave rides to Doha airport to people I saw standing outside the gate. Thanks.

No way i think as this AL Udeid is only for MIL operations only
