CErtficate of NO Marriage / singleness

HI to everyone. I would like to ask to Filipinos in this forum. Im getting a certificate of no marriage from NSO Philippines. After that in which DFA i will let it be stamped ... DFA office in Philippines or in Qatar? If anyone know about this procedure.. pls let me know... thanks..

Try obtaining the certificate thru www.ecensus.com.ph. It may take some time though so if you need it urgently, it would be better for someone from the Philippines to acquire it for you. I understand that DFA = Philippines, and MFA (ministry of Foreign affairs) = Qatar.

hmmmm..i am not quite sure of my answer darling, but since it is a document obtained from the PHilippines, it should be stamped likewise by DFA-PHil..:)
