Is that right that under the Qatar Law, once you get your PR under the sponsorship of one Company, you can not change your sponsorship for at least 1 year?
1. sl, let's say my contract is only for 1 year, so if the company doesn't want to renew it after 1 year, does it mean I will need to leave the country, even though the Company will give me NOC?
2. another question. What if Company doesn't carry out of obligations according to the contract? Does it give me rights to change the sponsorship before 1 year is over?
i think there are also cases that you'll be needing a release letter from your former employer if you want to transfer to a new company w/in the country...

NOC (Non Objection Certifate) is the release paper.

U can not change for 2 years even though you have been given NOC. that's what My PR (Banduk) guy told me. :(
