number appears. Then check the 7th and 8th numbers:
If the Seventh & Eighth digits are 02 or 20 this
means your cell phone was assembled in Emirates
which is very Bad quality. If the Seventh & Eighth
digits are 08 or 80 this means your cell phone was
manufactured in Germany which is fair quality. If
the Seventh & Eighth digits are 01 or 10 this means
your cell phone was manufactured in Finland which is
very Good. If the Seventh & Eighth digits are 00
this means your cell phone was manufactured in
original factory which is the best Mobile Quality.
If the Seventh & Eighth digits are 13 this means
your cell phone was assembled in Azerbaijan which is
very Bad quality and also dangerous for your health.

It's irrelevant where it is made, unless you believe the scaremongering that appears elsewhere.
A Nokia phone made in China is identical to its counterpart that is made at any other of nokia's worldwide factories. It uses the same parts from the same suppliers and is subject to the same quality control standards.
The scaremongering about Chinese made phones was originally started by retailers in the Middle East and Asia. They used this tactic to scare people into paying a premium for imported "Made in Finland" nokia's. Often they will illegally re-label "Made in China" phones just to get more money for them, voiding the warranty in the process.
Other people confuse "Made in China" nokia's for the many fakes that pour out of China so assume that they are bad.

i have seen most of the phones both nokia and SE have 02 number even one of the nokia phones made in hungary also has 02 so can it be a bad quality?????

20/02 = Germany
30/03 = Korea
40/04 = China
50/05 = Brazil, USA, Finland
60/06 = HK, China, Mexico
70/07 = Finland
80/08 = Hungary
91 = Finland
