Commercial Bank & Doha Bank (L/C & L/G Dept) not attending telephone calls

Now a days how much efforts we have to take to get a parking near the Grand Hamad Avenue to go to any bank. In this situations telephone is a really helpfull device to full fill our banking needs. But unfortunately now a days nobody is attending telephone calls from Commercial Bank and Doha Bank especially form LC Departments. It is even horrible to think to go directly and speak for simple things which we can solve with in a minute by telephone. How they can avoid customers telephone calls even it rings continuesly, is they are relly busy...........
