confused about visa in qatar

if im coming with my wife and kids to Qatar what is the process do i just book the flight get to qatar and apply for a visit visa at the airport in qatar.

guys cant thank you enough had to call the embassy they said pay by credit card, proof of address where we will be staying and passport. thanks again

benson, why the residence card? Passport is the only valid document to travel overseas.

You will be asked to pay QR 100 per visitor, and it's valid up to 30 days.

MOFA? Sorry, this is being handled by immigration which is the Ministry of Interior.

The United States, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece , Finland, Spain, Monaco, the Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Lichtenstein, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea

There are certain list of countries whose citizens can get visa upon arrival at the airport. I think UK is one of them. But to be sure contact Qatar embassy in your country for the more information.
