i think some of us are oblivious..rather, we may be aware but we just shrug it off cause we say to ourselves, "there's nothing we can do about it..."
but there's always something we can do... if we try hard enough...
i see and deal with them everday...
they would come in and just one look at them really breaks my heart...
tired faces, emaciated bodies, a lot if them unkempt...
and what can i do for them is just smile and a touch, talk a little as communication barrier is a big problem, and hope that i have done something for them so they can go home thinking that somebody cares...
