Current price of 2 bedroom in Lagoon Plaza

Hey everyone,

Would anyone know what the price of a 2 bedroom in Lagoon Plaza currently is? Living in the US, I have no way of knowing.

Also, what is the deal with Property Mgt companies in Qatar these days. Is it easy/difficult to purchase an apartment, turn it over to property mgt companies, and watch from afar?

I've lived in Kuwait and know how ad hoc everything in the Gulf is. I don't believe anything is easy or simple, but you guys that live there know best! I would sincerely appreciate your reply as I currently have no visibility at all.
