Dangers of intervening..
Never intervene in disputes .. its too dangerous ..
As he rode the bus late one afternoon, Lefenus Pickett suddenly realised he could not stand by any longer.
A mother was spanking her child for running in the aisles so the 37-year-old intervened and told her: ‘That’s child abuse’.
Soon he would regret trying to be the Good Samaritan.
The woman, Penny Chapman, 20, is said to have made a call on her cell phone and minutes later two thugs began firing at the bus with an assault rifle and a handgun.
In terrifying CCTV video from inside the vehicle, passengers dive for cover and run for the front before the driver hit the gas and sped off.
Chapman was arrested and is now facing trial along with three men prosecutors say helped her during the terrifying incident in Philadelphia.
Did anyone actually read the story :O(
Once my son was with in a mall and at one place he broke something and I was forced to pay for that.Again next time he was with me and making same mistake and broke something again as he is more than curious all the time.I just slapped him tightly becoz i was tight on money that time.....now one lady started giving me lecture a very long lecture actually....I listened to him and my son saw me getting humiliated by some other unknown lady. Now he is very very obedient and in line whenever I go any place...
So the mother was a Godmother..??
This is not normal. Scary even at the thought of it.
agree with you pacificline...
When your face against the wall, only thing you can do is to trust your instinct.
I applaud your comment xbox360. While one has to use good judgment and be aware of the risk involved, there's still a duty to another human being.
When I hear about incidents like this it makes me glad that I live in Qatar.
This is unfortunate but we should all use our judgetmnet in these situations while it does carry risk it does not mean we turn blind eye.E.g. if you see guys Harrasing a women while it carry risk one should not turn blind eye.
