deep or sunken scars

I have bad acne scars that are sunken and pitted. Is there any good dermatologist or skin care specialist in Qatar who can treat these..not with collagen injections, but treatments like needling. i see women in Qatar has such beautiful skin. Please suggest me if i can get some help here. Due to this, my skin looks very rough. Can facials make my skin soft.

If it is as bad as you say it is, maybe you can visit a few dermatologists like Dr. Hassan Al Abdulla's clinic or Dr. Fahad Al Bakers (i think) clinic and there are a few other. If they say facials would help, then you can do that as well.
