I would recommend Dr. Hassan Al Abdulla. He used to be (maybe still is but are not sure) head of the dermatology department at Hamad Hospital. He is really good. He has a clinic on the D Ring near the Airport. A big sign on the building.
There is a good dermatologist at Ahli hospital. He really takes the time to sit and explain to you and make sure that you understand what's going on. They charge 200QR per consultation.
