Disabled Driving License

I have disability in both of my arms, I have done 30 days driving course in Al Khebra Driving School. There was no problem at all during my course, I can manage to handle the car properly. I registered for the test as normal people.

On June 30, I went for the test in the morning, when I was about to do the signal test, the police saw there is something different in myself. Then he told me to go to Madinat Khalifa. One week later, I picked all files that I need from the Al Khebra, I went to MK and the guy told me to go to Police Hospital after one week. Last week, I went to Police Hospital and did all the medical test required, they told me to take the report this week in MK. A guy called me on thursday and said its ready, I went there on Sunday, I was waiting for about 3 hours, and they ended up say "Come tomorrow", I went there again yesterday, He asked me my ID card (I was so happy because I tought I would get the report), but unfortunately he ended up to say "It's not ready, come next week". I called my Qatari friend and he talk to the guy in MK, the guy said I need to get it from Police Hospital. (He told me to come next week maybe because he couldnt speak english to say tht I need to take it from Police hospital)

I went there at the same day, the person at Police Hospital gave me a letter to Supreme Council of Health, then I went to SCH, they told me to come today. I went again this morning but the report is not ready and need to come tomorrow. He told me I need to go come tomorrow to get the report and the name of the doctor who I need to go to for several times. Let's see what will happen tomorrow

Anyone has the same experience ? any suggestion for me ? It's almost a month but I haven't get anything.

Mr M.

If you can drive a car properly AND not risk your life and the lives of other pedestrians and motorists,it shouldn't be a problem.

You have disabilities in BOTH of your arms and you want to drive a vehicle? I sure hope they don't ever give you a drivers license. I already share these stupid roads with Land Cruisers whose drivers have brain disabilities. You could kill someone if your disability takes over while you're driving.

I'm sorry for your disabilities, but I sincerely hope your denied a license forever.
