Donald Trump wins and will probably be the candidate

Donald J. Trump became the presumptive Republican presidential nominee on Tuesday with a landslide win in Indiana that drove his principal opponent, Senator Ted Cruz, from the race and cleared the way for the polarizing, populist outsider to take control of the party.

This is interesting and worrying.. The Donald has said a lot of stupid things along the way..

Will he win the presidency ?

Wil he be a god thing for the world ?

This is probably going to be bad. I agree with most of Donald Trump's opinions, but the ones I don't agree with are the ones which stand out...

A man can dislike Islam/Muslims, Mexicans, etc... It's his choice, but maybe Donald needs to stop watching FOX News...

His attempts at stopping illegal immigration will probably cause a backlash.

Actually this is not breach of copyright.

This happens all the time in campaigns. There is no way for the copyright owner to stop people from playing recorded music anywhere they want provided they pay any royalties due.

The owners of the music can make it clear that they didn't give special permission so don't necessarily support the political views of the candidate that is using their music.

The Rolling Stones have told Donald Trump to stop playing their songs during his presidential campaign. The band have issued a statement saying that the US presidential candidate does not have permission to use the band's music. "The Rolling Stones have never given permission to the Trump campaign to use their songs and have requested that they cease all use immediately." The candidate been playing their songs at his rallies for months. Their 1969 hit ‘You Can't Always Get What You Want’ has been a particular favorite.

The band are not the first to protest at the reality TV star and businessman - now the Republican front-runner - using their music during his campaign.

In February, Adele issued a statement distancing herself from Trump, after he had been playing Adele's hit ‘Rolling in the Deep’ as his "warm-up" music at his rallies. The singer issued a statement making it clear she had "not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning”.

Aerosmith have also protested over their music being used in Trump's campaign

Singer Steven Tyler's lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter, saying the use of the band's song ‘Dream On’ "gives a false impression" he endorses Mr. Trump's presidential bid. Tyler, who is a registered Republican, said it was not a "personal" issue but one of permission and copyright.

Prior to that Neil Young demanded that Trump stop using his song ‘Rockin' in the Free World’, which the billionaire had used when he announced his candidacy in June last year. Young demanded that Trump stop using the song and declared his support for Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders.

Michael Stipe from REM issued a strongly worded statement when Trump then used the band's song ‘It's the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)’. "Do not use our music or my voice for your moronic charade of a campaign," the statement read.

Whilst i agree with you.. the fact remains that like Bush , he wants to be seen as a hardline "America First" type president...

What is interesting is that he seems to be courting Russia whilst alienating China...

To me Trump sounds like any 3rd rate South-Asian politician. He mocks all those who oppose him.

Sadly, fear of Muslim terrorism is helping him gain more popularity.

I also want these people to Speak Truth. They tell Iran, Saudi is your enemy and They tell Saudi Iran is your enemy. They tell Dubai , Yemen is your enemy & They Tell Yemen, Saudi is your enemy. They tell Afghanistan that Taliban is your enemy and tell the Taliban that Paschthunistan is your enemy. In all these places they are killing Muslims using Drones. Donald Trump has openly used religion as a platform for gaining popularity and gathering support. He has publicly gone on a Muslim-bashing spree and created an atmosphere of Islamophobia in a country where it did not exist earlier. I cannot recall any other presidential election race over the last five decades in the US where any religion let alone Islam, was used as a tool for garnering votes. The earlier elections saw candidates who had a lot of grey matter in their heads and many constructions plans to give to the nation rather than hatred. Trump has set a dangerous precedent. I wonder what the world would be like should this bigot become the next US President. Would he become the architect of a major "visible" split between Christianity and Islam? Will he usher an era where Muslims will be forced to join hands and form new groups against Christians and which then get labelled a "terrorists?" Trump has been violently shaking the foundations of world peace and it's better he stay at his Manhattan Penthouse on Trump Tower rather than at the White House.

The USA has had all kinds of presidents in the past, from movie stars to oil barons, and we have survived and the planet hasn't been destroyed. I think it doesn't matter who will be the next marionette in the White House. The US are ruled by a different bunch of people!

Meet Three Muslims Voting for Donald Trump.

Donald Trump has called for barring Muslims from entering the United States, argued for surveillance of mosques and suggested he’d be open to creating a registry of American Muslims.

Here’s what three Muslim Trump supporters said about their thinking.

Adam Warshauer, 37, Delray Beach, Fla.

Background: He was born to a Jewish father and Christian mother, and became a Sufi Muslim after being introduced to the faith by a man he met at 22. Politically, he says he identifies most as an Independent. Warshauer plans to support Trump, especially if he wins Tuesday’’s primary elections and goes on to become the Republican nominee for president.

Why He’s Voting Trump: Warshauer says he does not believe Trump wants to ban Muslims from entering the country because of a dislike for them, but because he wants to solve terrorism. “”Most are outraged at Trump saying he wants to ban Muslims from entering America, but I support that as a Muslim person, because we have to stop what is happening and work with other Muslim countries to stop terrorism. If you stop Muslims from entering the country, it forces everyone to look at the problem.” He adds that terrorist groups like “ISIS are hurting Islam. “Who wants to become Muslim when it is associated with terrorism?”” He adds that Trump is more approachable than other Republican candidates such as Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.

“Trump says a lot of dumb things, and I’d like to help him. I’m not necessarily a ‘Trump Trump Trump!’ fist pumper, but I am being a realist, and if he is going to win, I want to support him to make the best decisions for our country. I feel that supporting him as a candidate is the best way to reach him and for me to get involved and effect positive change.”
