Hi, I am trying to download a picture in my account. It keeps bringing back the following error:

The selected file tmp/tmp_CFqhlf could not be uploaded, because the destination files/pictures/picture-4903.jpg is not properly configured.

Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist

I have tried various pictures, even one I had on before and it stills brings back the erro. Can anyone adivse me what I need to do.
