Drunk Driver

Oryx
By Oryx

At 12.45pm approx I drove from C ring to the Mall.
A car in front of me was very erratic, zig zagging, and bumped into the curb twice..
i was thinking what the f*** is going on.....

I got to the traffic lights and he couldn't pull up straight and missed my wing mirror by about 1 inch.

I wound down my window and told him to move over.

The guy was OFF his TROLLEY - eyes glazed... couldn't even sit up straight... absolute star trooper...

I just concentrated in getting out of his way. Very selfish of me but I didn't know what to do.

What should I have done? Called the police? if so what number.....???

Sorry to say but they are right, there's no excuse for drunken driver, it's definitely dangerous for all of us. if someone get drunk be responsible, take a cab to go home safe. because it's just not for your own safety but for others too, that you are likely to harm or killed without knowing, because of being irresponsible. Life is precious you might as well appreciate it!

Have a nice day! Ops! it's raining! arrgghhh!!! It's so cold! I can't explore today!!!

It's great to be loved!

Oryx pare fora kai klase mas ta arxidia karioli Albane.

Next time everybody does something wrong, just call the cops, if that makes you feel better. Just hope nobody will the call the cops on you.

According to history many of the fighters in the 2nd world war were partisans - undercover fighter - only no one knew for which side they were fighting lol:

The cops are not Gestapo or the SS, so whoever calls them is not inherently a snitch! The Nazis left Greece in 1944, get over it!

I think you should know that not everyone who calls the cops is necessarily a snitch! I'm glad to see that at least quite a few QLers have a sense of civic responsibility.

Koufalia, seems u r the drunk driver and probably you only under 18, who said we cannot change the world. every day we make somebody else different and hope is a good side not bad side like you.

Everybody is right and Everybody is wrong, its depend where you stand

You got some sort of complex about CIA involvement in Greek affairs and then the dictatorship? that you are transferring to Qatar?

Seems to me with your comment you are driving around intoxicated yourself.

For us we all want to survive without having a drunk driver ruin our lives or the lives of kids.

Think about your comment if you were suddenly hit by a drunk driver and died or better still maybe in a coma for years.

Thanks a lot girl.

Koufalia... its called civic responsibility and if someone is putting life's at risk then it is a duty to stop that.

That guy could have caused an accident.... none of my business? Sure it is.

So if someone stabs you mate and everyone else walks passed and no one helps... that is shocking. Never heard of the good Samaratain?

I expect more erudite comments from someone who hails from the cradle of civilisation.

You seem to be the exception. All the other greeks i know in Qatar seem really nice - except when they get hold of plates after a few drinks. ;)

Stop acting like a bunch of snitches and mind your own business people.

You are not going to save the world and you are not cops, so stop acting like ones.
