Easy solution for a big complaint

Many complains that some housemaids are treating children badly, I think one reason for this is because the father and the mother treat the house maid badly. If you throw a coind vertically and do not move it will come down and may hit you. So always be Good and Nice.
By the way if went to the super market and you bought things for 150 QR, and you gave 500 QR and by mistake the cashier gave you back 370 QR, will you give him back the 20 QR?

Individual attitude and behaviour matters.

Any connection with maid's reactive behaviour?

We are talking about two different issues here....

The result is purely behaviour based. The parents should exhibit a decent behaviour & self esteem with their kids and also with the maid. If you treat them like animals, it will have repercussions in one way or other.

Khalid, your sum seems to be pretty straightforward... I would return it :)

well i think that by not returning the 20 bucks it makes the maid treat the children bad and the father and the mother will treat her bad
