I think there's Mexx in Landmark. There are lots of nice clothes shops opening up all the time, mostly in Landmark and Villaggion (both malls owned by same person!) For instance - Warehouse, Reiss, Wallis, Esprit, BCBG, Hobbs, Whistles, Mango, Massimo Dutti, etc. You're sure to be able to find something to suit your taste and budget - don't worry!
There's a Banana Republic in Doha? Yay! Is there a Mexx as well? Now I'm even more excited to come!

Karen Millen, ABS & Banana Republic for clothes (villaggio), Nine West, Aldo (Hyatt) or Kurt Geiger (Landmark) for shoes.

I don't buy clothes in qatar as I agree most of them are either over priced or cheap chinese crap.

BRING all your clothes! The stores here carry clothing that are either very over priced or very cheaply made! I am so GLAD I brought most of my clothes and shoes. I cannot imagine building a wardrobe at these prices.
If only there was a TJ Max; Marshalls; Dillards or Macy's here! I miss home!
Oh, and QDC is the BEST store. :O

i usually go to MAX at the top floor of citycenter near nandos. i saw some copied design from PULL AND BEAR and its half the price!
PULL AND BEAR, CARREFOUR, SPLASH, NEXT, BENCH, RIVER ISLAND, HUSH PUPPIES, LACOSTE, NEXT, ZARA, BERKSHA, BOSSINI.
If your looking for a cheap fashionable clothes i recommend MAX.
I prefer Splash(City Center) and Jules(Villagio).
But for me, it's not about the brand, its how you get in style.
And I bought this new watch from Swatch- the chronoplastic edition are nice.

if your receiving a salary of more than QR 10,000 visit the shops along Blue Saloon, emporium, the Mall, 51 east.
but if your receiving QR 2,000 to 5,000 salary visit the stores of city center, land mark, lulu, dazman, villadio but if your receiving lest than QR 2,000 salary try to visit ramez,rawnac or souk
