Kabayan, you can look for Dra Jocelyn Pulvera in Qatar Medical Center located in Salwa Road before the midmac flyover (r/a).

I only know two Filipina doctors, one is in Qatar Medical Center along Salwa Road across Nissan showroom and the other one is in Abu Backer Health Clinic in Murrah, opposite Doha Zoo.
