AS we all know City Center has been closed for some time and Fitness First is there too... So today I received a monthly charge by Fitness First, how can you charge while the facility is closed?!?
I've read some rants about stores, shops, restaurant etc, and read some advise/info from that store's supervisors or managers., so QL is still a help :D
Fitness First has no right to charge for the period they remain closed. In fact they should compensate the members for the period they had to discontinue their regular routine when it reopens.
They have sent an email out stating that you will not be charged for the closed period. And that if you have been inadvertently charged that they will refund you. Take it up with them, I'm sure they will be more helpful than QL.
Do not pay. The contract term was not violated by you, rather by them. Simply you went to their facility to use it and the security at the mall refused to grant you entry. FF could simply move their equipment to another "ACCESSIBLE" place, in order to meet their term of the contract.

It will not solve your query here, better check with Fitness First.

Not looking for a solution on here, just saying as a notice.. so others don't get taken advantage of.
