Here are five foods that cause the damage that leads to stroke.


1. CRACKERS, CHIPS, AND STORE-BOUGHT PASTRIES AND BAKED GOODS
2. SMOKED AND PROCESSED MEATS
3. DIET SODA
4. RED MEAT  & 5. CANNED SOUP AND PREPARED FOODS

eat just oats and cerials.. then need not to worry on stroke like i do.... its been 3 years now.. feels good.. u shittt slimy though lol...

Oh yes of course, you get a stroke if you eat those food excessively all the time.  Have a balance diet of meat, poultry, dairy products, fruits and vegetables and exercise and eat moderately---secret to good health.  Enjoy food and life.
