Fixed Line vs Mobile

I presume this has been asked before. If so, please supply the link to the string.

What is the cost of ADSL - this would include installation, monthly rates and call rates? [Would want to use Skype or other VOIP]

Does Q-Tel have mobile ISP? I use Vodafone's 3G HSDPA [High Speed Data Processing Adapter] on my laptop - would Q-Tel have a similar product and at what cost perhaps?

There has got to be some IT geek on this forum that will have answers for me!!

you can find out about ADSL costs here

and yes Qtel offers Mobile Internet both via regular GPRS (turtle-speed) and on its 3G network (8x faster than the latter). The catch is 3G is only available within Doha and even then it's not available in all areas, nor reliable.
