Fraud Calls
Today i received a call from 5926218 announcing that i have won 20,000 QR as a prize money for my Sim card from Qtel.
First he asked me to buy 5 hala cards (200 qr)each and give him serial and secret number...then he gave me a cheque number and asked me to take those hala cards along to any Doha Branch to collect prize money.
This is a fraud call...confirmed from Qtel no such prize money being distributed....
Please can anybody help me to trace this number...
and please beware of such calls.
Yes, Q-Tel is taking money, they are not giving money.
Friends, Qtel is not offering any prize scheme and beware of these fraud calls!
they will do the needed since you are providing the phone number.

when I asked him why it's not published in the newspapers? He replied “It is going to be announced this evening on TV".
I was told to submit my ID No. & collect the money from UBL tomorrow... On refusing to submit any information from my side, he said he is cancelling the prize...
I have received a same phone call out of area...
I didnot go to any bank but called Qtel....anyways this person claims that he is calling from Qtel and his name is Robin...he will pick up your phone if you call him...
